You can increase the number of leads that are coming through your business. You can increase the rate that you are changing those leads. You can increase the average sale, so how much you are basically getting that person to buy. You can increase the margin, as in how much money do you make when you sell something. So an information product we make, perhaps 10x our cash while when we sell a band t-shirt we’d only get 100 percent mark up. Then ensuring we make them repeat sales.

I probably need to come out with a product at some particular point in time. Do that first at the start of the day before all of the noise and everything comes in and you start checking your e-mails and before you know it, it’s 4.30 and you’re thinking about finishing up for the day.
You don’t have to be perfect, just get it going and the real key is focus.
So the bullet point plan from here, make the maps. Just think about your own business, find out where the service is, find out where you are exchanging time for bucks, target that first. Think about how you can build a business where you are able to add in other elements where potentially you can begin to step out. Once you start to step out, you are going to be putting yourself in a much better place because you don’t get caught up in the day to day.
